Pat CafferyKanata, ON Pat Caffery is an artist, designer and teacher who has been teaching textile art and exhibiting for approximately 10 years. She completed studies in Embroidery & Design through Opus School of Stitched Textiles and City & Guilds in 2007. Pat has exhibited in London, England and regularly in Toronto and Ottawa. She frequently works on group embroidery projects. Some of these can be found in the collection of the Dutch Royal Family in Apeldorn, The Netherlands, in Canberra, Australia and in various churches in the Ottawa area. Her work is also in private collections in Canada. Pat enjoys marrying traditional and non-traditional fibres and textiles to create artwork that is both original and unusual. |
